Key Responsibilities
Processing Incoming Orders
Invoicing and collections
Creating Bank Invoices
Data collection and entry using Excel
Monthly financial reporting to corporate office using Exel
Other Duties -- As needed: Answering the phone, accepting deliveries, assisting in other office duties
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
2-3 years of experience in accounting related work required
Familiarity with accounting systems e.g. Quick Books
Organized
Detail orientated
Able to work in a team and multitask
