Top Fashion Brand is seeking a 2nd Assistant to CEO for their Los Angeles office. This is a busy desk with a lot of responsibility and requires somebody who is flexible, interacts well with strong personalities and thrives in a high-powered and deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities involve assisting a high powered executive, acting as main point of contact to departments and clients and executing special industry-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and forward-thinking professional who can maintain grace under pressure and provide exemplary administrative support.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience supporting a senior executive
Articulate and personable communicator; possesses a capacity to interact well with strong, assertive personalities
Thinks quickly on their feet and readily adapts to changes in schedule and procedure
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organization abilities
Excellent multi-tasker and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding ability to exercise sound judgment in the workplace and balance multiple priorities
