Entertainment based office building seeking young vibrant administrative assistant/ office space coordinator with excellent communication skills.
Candidate must be reliable, organized, comfortable with touring clients, able to maintain a positive attitude in a busy environment while juggling multiple projects.
Essential Responsibilities include:
Research and contact potential clients for office space
Answer Phones
Direct visitors
File
Plan events for tenants
Assist the general manager with daily tasks
Assist operations team with fulfilling tenant requests
Must be able to multitask
Must have strong customer service skills
Must be reliable and a team player
Must have the willingness to learn
Sales experience and property management experience preferred but not required.
M-F 8:30am - 6:00pm
Salaried position with full benefits
- Location: Hollywood
- Compensation: 30-33,000
