Looking for a self-starter who is proficient with Microsoft Excel with a desire to be an office assistant and help everyone stay on top of things. Full-time salary position with benefits.

Must be very organized, thorough and detail oriented. Will be the assistant to sales agents and will be responsible to process all of their paperwork and help to prepare for international sales markets. Requires daily follow-up with clients to ensure contract accuracy and retain signatures quickly. Schedule market appointments for sales agents and keep track on a shared calendar. Majority of clients are international and some communication will need to happen during foreign work hours. Majority of communication is done via email or skype. Must be flexible with hours and able to respond to 3:00am emails with clients if necessary. You may work from home occasionally, but mainly in a home office located in West Hollywood. Hours are generally 10:00 to 6:00, however there are no set hours. It depends on the current projects and upcoming markets.

Follow through with contracts from execution to expiration. Will be required to scan, email and fax all required documentation and supply copies promptly upon requests. Will maintain an accurate client database with the status of all contracts, the terms and all pertinent details kept up-to-date at all times. This position requires a lot of paperwork handling and uploading documents so they are easily accessible online as well.

The ability to implement efficient organizational systems is a plus. Again, we want an organized person with a strong attention to details. If you can get the work done faster, then you can go home earlier. Knowledge of Film Industry preferred but not required. Previous experience as an assistant in an office setting most preferred. You will work with and report directly to the CEO and COO of the company. Must be professional and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
