Fullscreen.net is looking for motivated and exceptionally bright individuals to manage our YouTube Channels for our growing roster of Brands and Premium Content Providers. The ideal candidate will be a high-achiever with a passion for digital media/ YouTube who seeks the opportunity to grow with an exciting and fast-moving start-up.

Background:

1-3 years in related experience in online video, social media, digital agency
BA/MA/BS
Account Management experience
Knowledge and passionate for online video and specifically YouTube
Superior communication skills

Responsibilities:

Daily Channel management, including video uploading and optimization (employing all best practices)
Oversight of channel design and branding
Implementation of and support for suite of Fullscreen tech tools
Building presentation materials for clients outlining strategies and tactics for channel programming, operations, and marketing
Devise and execute a strategies to grow channel viewership and subscribers
Provide clients with competitive analysis and trend monitoring
Analyze and interpret data to provide channel recommendations
Create and present platform best practices
Work cross functionally with business development and product teams
Implement and share best practices with peers

Desired Skills Experience

Be a self-starter and natural leader with a strong desire to win and grow personally and professionally
Account management experience
Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
Detail oriented
Think creatively and communicate complex solutions efficiently both internally and externally
Be extremely knowledgeable and passionate about online video and specifically YouTube
