Requirements:
Must have Strong Verbal and Written skills
Outstanding communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Strong Internet and Data entry skills and the ability to multitask are a must
Outstanding ability in customer service inquires.
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Must be a team player and easy going
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Contacting customers and vendors with returns and exchanges.
General office duties
Data entry
Various researching
Maintaining office and supplies
Other duties as assigned
You will receive a week training and evaluation after 3 months in case you get hired.
