Description:
Rapidly growing company is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper with strong organizational skills in West Los Angeles
Successful candidates will have 3-5 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting using QuickBooks.
All aspects of bookkeeping
Account reconciliation
Accounts receivable
Billing/Invoicing
Financials and budgets
Accounts payable
Cash management
Forecasting
General ledger entries
Tax payments
Month end process
Monthly balance sheet
Requirements:
Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills a must
Experience with ADP's general ledger interface to post payroll transactions to QuickBooks.
Must be extremely detail oriented.
Excellent communication skills- help with answering phones, comfortable making collection calls to customers, resolving issues with vendors.
