Medicus Research, LLC is looking for a Full-Time Recruiter with the following skills and requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or related disciplined course.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in HRD under Recruitment Section.
• Familiar with the basics of head hunting and manpower pooling.
• Office experience including manpower screening, assessment and applicant follow-ups.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Professional, Outlook, and Web based system.
• Result oriented and ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy in a multi-tasking environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and straight forward.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Background in medical field would be an advantage.
• Marketing experience is a plus.
• Willing to work nights and weekends
