Responsibilities:
Manage all school and venue operations
Manage front desk and related duties
Maintain general student ledger with 100% paid tuition monthly
Research and reconcile all discrepancies
Properly execute on general management for Newbury Park music school
Responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, collection process
Grow student enrollment via Marketing and retention via customer delight
Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues in real-time
Plan and promote special events for Rock Nation on a monthly basis
Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean and operationally sound

Qualifications:
Music industry experience preferred but not required
Be Marketing-oriented and have the ability to grow enrollment sales through outreach programs
Exceptional customer service orientation with proven results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with open, participative style
Enjoy working with kids, strong work ethic, integrity and like to ROCK!
