Seeking someone with either management, marketing, or real estate experience (best case scenario experience in more than one) for a hybrid newly-created role in a stable and small local company under the direct supervision of the owner. The person would be the owners right hand person handling a multitude of professional tasks. A legal education a huge plus, as well as any experience in the assisted living or senior living space.
Role requires someone who is both a leader when required and a follower when needed. Person must also be a supreme listener and be able to work take instruction, work independently, and show quantifiable results.
Real life business experience is a huge positive, even if the experience was negative. Looking either for someone who needs virtually no direction and ready to go day 1, or conversely someone with no experience but a quick mind, a Yes attitude, and the abilities to take direction.
This position will be an assistant under the direct supervision of the manager/ owner. Must know Word and Excel flawlessly.
