Small office in west Los Angeles with a friendly and casual environment is looking for a Part-time office assistant/secretary with bookkeeping experience. This position is ideal for a responsible and motivated individual who is detail-oriented with ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.

Duties include:
-Data entry, filing, organizing, printing, photocopying, scanning, E-faxing, Emails with other miscellaneous office tasks as needed.
- Billing and Bookkeeping Support: A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliation, enter transactions in MS Excel and/or QuickBooks, prepare and organize standard monthly reports. Proficiency in Microsoft office 2007 Outlook, Excel, and Word and QuickBooks 2006 are required.
