The Opportunity
Launch your career with Revolution Prep's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program. Join a dynamic, performance-driven team and gain hands-on experience with a young entrepreneurial company. The program will provide you with exposure and insight into the company's inner-workings by placing you into one of our core essential teams:
Your performance within the department, as well as the needs of the business will determine whether you will rotate into a different team, or to continue to excel in the team that you were originally placed in.
In addition to your daily responsibilities, you will take part in ongoing development activities such as hands-on workshops led by top industry executives, group case studies and become acquainted with all of our business units through shadowing and cross-training. We will provide valuable professional resources and arm you with the tools necessary to launch a successful career within Revolution Prep- some of our most successful participants have become Regional Sales Managers, Business Analysts, Marketing Managers, and Project Managers.
The Candidate
Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment and are accomplished recent college graduates who have demonstrated leadership in previous work experiences, athletics, paid internships, philanthropic activities and social organizations.
Requirements Specifications:
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- The ability to maintain high energy and enthusiasm
- Willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Bachelor's degree required
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills a plus
- Salary: $35-$40k
