Universal Iron Doors is an industry leader in manufacturing quality iron doors, gates, railings, lamps, and other iron hardware. We have been manufacturing and installing custom Iron doors and Iron Gates almost a decade with many satisfied clients. Our ability to produce superior wrought iron doors and the consistency of our service is what separates us from the competition and allows us to grow our client base around the US and Canada. More than ever we have a high demand in our product all across the country and we would like a qualified candidate to join us in our growing business expansion.
Our iron doors are manufactured at our facility here in Sun Valley, CA. We have recently bought a building to expand our business and are looking for a long-term partner. The ideal person will grow into our Chief Operations Officer. This position is equal parts account manager, problem solver, organizing staff and methods with a touch of imagination.

Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operations of business
* Client management -- building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
* Project management -- manage team, office systems and processes
* Conduct weekly team meetings - create agenda schedule, keeping team on task.
* Oversee hiring new team -- interviews and managing
* Run online operations -- blogging, social media, email-marketing campaigns
* Initiate and lead business development for organization

Ideal Candidate:
* Extremely organized, highly motivated, over achiever, positive, can-do attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
* Strong written verbal communication -show us your skills in your cover letter
* Top notch relationship building skills
* Highly resourceful- work independently in a team.
* Excellent researcher

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects, on time.
* Maintain high level of professionalism under any circumstances.
* Tech savvy

A PLUS but not required:
* Social Media experience: Proficient at Twitter, Facebook, etc.
* Experience in Internet marketing with interest in continuing toward mastery
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
* Experience w/Google Analytics
* SEO experienced (or willing to learn)

Qualifications
* 3-5 years in operations role
* Bachelor's degree in business or similar experience
* 1-2 years' experience in marketing
* Proven experience in a leadership role
* 2 year experience in client/account management
