Cal Poly Pomona Foundation, Inc. is currently searching for a Marketing Assistant/Writer for our Marketing Department. (www.CPPFoundation.org).

Reporting to the Marketing Director, this position will be responsible for assisting in the development of marketing strategies, writing newsletters and press releases and will help create, develop and implement a wide variety of projects associated with supporting the marketing objectives of the commercial operating units within Foundation.

You will be working with the marketing department in promoting the many services of the Foundation within the campus and Pomona community.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree ( B.S. / B.A.) or equivalent; five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have excellent communication, team and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience, but not necessary, with working with PhotoShop, Illustrator and In Design or Quark.

Competitive salary. Target starting salary for this position is $16.45 - $20.00 DOE.
