Naven, a women's contemporary clothing company based in downtown Los Angeles, is looking for an Office Assistant with emphasis in social media marketing, Must have experience and thorough knowledge of face book, Google+, Google Places, Pinterest, Twitter, and all other current social platforms and other third party websites.

Job Description
Provide support to the company President Execute in all general office duties with an emphasis on assisting to implement the company's online marketing, distribution strategies, and to ensure Company's social media in the Apparel community, and revenue objectives are being achieved. Assistant will actively seek new opportunities to gain a competitive edge online and increase to therefore increase revenue potential.

Execute online marketing and eCommerce tactics to drive revenue brand resources and ecommerce-related initiatives such as website optimization, paid search, email marketing, consumer generated content and third party distribution channels.
Research, monitor and communicate online marketing trends to corporate leaders using data that will assist Company to achieve primary business objectives.
Create marketing and ecommerce tools, reports, resource manuals and best practice guides for company President.
Maintain and update Social Media website.
Proactively seek opportunities and implement corporate approved initiatives to improve ecommerce strategies and maximize ROI.
Support Corporate Sales Marketing Departments needs and goals.
2 years minimum related job experience in apparel with emphasis on online marketing and/or ecommerce.
Knowledge of marketing and ecommerce tactics and strategies.
Passion to be in the Apparel Industry
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize according to corporate needs.
Motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter with ability to identify areas for improvement and execute new strategies.
Basic knowledge of content management systems, online paid search applications, HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. .

Bonus qualifications:
Experience in website content maintenance and analytics
Knowledge and connections of all blogs and social platforms in apparel
Experience in Public Relations
Experience in Personal Assisting
Experience in bookkeeping and budgeting
Outgoing personality with ability to take direction
