Looking for 1 tattoo artist who is self-motivated, great with customer service, and most importantly talented.

MUST HAVE:
* Shop Experience
* Some Established Clinetel
* CPR certified
* Blood Borne Pathogen Certified
* Adhere to AB-300 Law
