The Receptionist is responsible for hospitality and concierge services that we provide to our internal customers. Primary areas of responsibility include providing hospitality to internal and external clients, business partners, and vendors; directing incoming phone calls; managing the internal meeting spaces; assist the Office Services Supervisor with tasks related to office support services. Oversees and coordinates arrangements for in-house meetings for clients, business partners, and employees; prepares and posts conference room schedules. Restocks all printers, copiers, and fax machines with paper; assists with in-office hospitality functions and participates in the coordination of Company events; and sends cards, flowers, and gifts to clients, vendors or employees. Provides administrative support by preparing and maintaining spreadsheets or documents, calendars, office lists, employment-related forms and handouts.
Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Must have knowledge of personal computer software such as Microsoft Office, ability to communicate through the use of an email program, and demonstrate the ability to the internet and able to use, create, and modify spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
