The ideal candidate will be a degreed and professional individual with a great 'can-do' attitude, meticulous attention to detail and discretion. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an outgoing, high energy personality, ability to multitask at the highest level and handle a volume of responsibilities with poise, confidence and speed.
The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3 years of experience in a high level support role, meticulous organizational skills, a stable work history and demonstrate excellent independent judgment and time management skills.
Qualifications:
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel Outlook
-Experience with multi-line phones
-Excellent written verbal skills
-Ability to work independently take initiative
-Detail oriented and exceptional organization
-Exhibits good judgment discretion
The firm is looking for a long term commitment. We offer competitive compensation with benefits.
Hours: M-F 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Salary: 40-45k + benefits (DOE)
