We have an immediate need of an administrative Claims Processor.
We are looking for an honest, RESPONSIBLE and reliable individual to handle the work load of a fast pace office. There is plenty room for growth and we are open for new ideas. This is a very busy position and requires someone that can handle multiple tasks at once. MUST have a pleasant demeanor, work well under pressure and have great attention to detail.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-- XACTIMATE SOFTWARE (A plus but will train)
-- Excellent communication skills (Bilingual is a plus)
-- Excellent customer service
-- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel a must)
-- Multi-tasking and fast learning ability
-- Strong organizational skills
-- Excellent grammar and punctuation
-- Prior construction industry experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
-- Dealing with field technicians
-- Data entry
-- Estimating (Billing) and creating invoices (will train)
-- General office administrative tasks
-- Complete assignments within tight and often difficult deadlines
-- Think creatively, identify problems, and offer solutions with minimal guidance.
