QuickBooks Accounting Administrator
We are looking for a go-getter and hard-working person with strong skills in accounting and QuickBooks.Â
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years QuickBooks experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with ALL Microsoft applications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an Administrative position
- Experience in Accounting practices is a must
Job Description
- Maintaining, updating and managing Purchase Orders, payments, debits and cash receipts
- Researching and updating Sales Orders, Invoices and charge backs
- Working closely with all vendors
Compensation
- Starting salary of $13 - $15 per hour.
- Part Time or Full Time depending on experience
- Room for growth depending on experience
- Other benefits and bonuses available
