AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY:
Presently, we are in search of top talent to join our Construction Project Management team. The ideal candidates should be comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment where the emphasis is placed on team work and satisfying our client's needs. . Here are some of the primary duties and responsibilities of the position:

1. Overall responsibility for assigned client and associated construction projects - achieving timeliness, quality and client satisfaction. This includes, but is not limited to: estimating, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, safety, contract negotiation, project closeout. (High Volume. Fast-Pace! Multiple on-going projects!)
2. Review and prepare for WIP (job cost) review to monitor profitability of projects. Budget adherence. Be prepared to present detailed cost analysis to owners and executive management on monthly basis. Communicate accurate and detailed project financials.
3. Identify project / program scope of work. (trades, materials, equipment, etc..) Communicate project scope and client expectations to project team. Conducts detailed review of construction documents and executes project accordingly.
4. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, building departments, etc. to ensure compliance with building codes and related regulations.
5. Perform site visits as required to ensure quality and safety standards are being maintained and improved. Direct field personnel, as required, to ensure compliance and successful completion of the project under review.
6. Ability to travel to job sites and client meetings. Some overnight travel is required.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Higher education and/or certifications related to Construction Management.
Minimum 3 years of management experience in the Construction industry. Candidate should also have at least 7 years of overall experience in the Construction industry.
Solid knowledge of construction processes and procedures. Experience on retail/tenant improvement projects.

Excellent analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have experience with MS Office applications, particularly with Microsoft Project. Experience using Timberline is a plus.
