International Logistics Company Freight Forwarder Hiring (LOS ANGELES)

#1 Ocean Import Export Op Position and Supervisor Position
Arrange inbound or outbound ocean cargo shipments including receiving, reviewing, and processing documents (data entry and EDI), issuing arrival notices, facilitate payment to carrier and vendors, obtain Customs release and other government agency releases as needed, coordinate pickup and deliveries with truckers, track/trace shipment to door, and invoice customers and agents. Communicate with both internal and external customers. Investigate and resolve problem shipments.
Ocean Operation Candidate requirements:
- Ideal candidate for Operation position will require 1-2 years experience. Supervisor position will require to have a minimum of 3-4 year work experience with a freight forwarder.
- Candidate must able to prioritize and plan work activities, team player, well organized, strong follow-up, ability to work in a fast paced environment, accuracy with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills including Work, Excel, and Outlook.
-- Must be able to speak, read and write in English, Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Previous Experience with Freightstream is plus.

#2 Air Export Supervisors
Arrange outbound cargo shipments, schedule trucking pick-up, negotiate with airlines for space and rate, follow-up with shipper to provided complete export documents, process export documents, track/trace shipment door to door, and invoice customers and agents. Communicate with both internal and external customers. Investigate and resolve problem shipments.
Air Export Operations Candidate requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 year work experience with a freight forwarder, AES Filing experience, knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and rules, prioritize and plan work activities, team player, well organized, strong follow-up, ability to work in a fast paced environment, accuracy with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills including Work, Excel, and Outlook.
-- Must be able to speak, read and write in English, Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Previous Experience with Freightstream is plus.

#3 Basic Accounting Clerk Position
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process Client invoice, Vendor Invoice, and etc.
- Provide administrative support
- Perform other duties responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Accounting Position Requirement:
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year work experience with a freight forwarder, prioritize and plan work activities, team player, well organized, strong follow-up, ability to work in a fast paced environment, accuracy with attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills including Work, Excel, and Outlook.
- Involvement with overseas offices
