We are a small privately-held Real Estate Company in West Los Angeles with an emphasis on residential real estate who are presently looking to strengthen our Acquisitions and Management team.
Our Real Estate Investment Company is seeking a well-rounded, self-motivated, Analyst with strong work ethic skills to join our Los Angeles team.
The candidate will work directly for the President researching local markets, finding distressed acquisition opportunities, working with 3rd party management companies, developing relationships with local real estate professionals, managing in field employees, and other projects as needed by the President.
The candidate will be a key member of the acquisition and management process, assisting in due diligence, financial modeling, rehabilitation scheduling, and lease up.
This opportunity provides room for professional growth and advancement with a small well-capitalized private firm that possesses a strong track record in real estate investment.
Qualifications:
Real Estate Experience
College graduate
Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel.
Financial Analysis Modeling Skills preferred.
Understanding of finance, accounting and real estate underwriting
Willing to do administrative tasks
Self starter with strong communication skills
