Position Description:
We are a Manhattan Beach telecom brokerage company looking for an Account Executive to provide exceptional customer service for enterprise clients by managing network implementation with diverse carriers. This candidate will execute our customer's telecom project timelines and set correct and realistic expectations with customers while advocating on their behalf with carriers. We are looking for a candidate with either experience as an account executive, project manager or other relevant experience. This candidate will be required to work in our Manhattan Beach office and occasionally travel to off-site locations for meetings.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare, update and maintain reports for client presentation and review. Report on project status and metrics, as well as generate any other reports requested by the client and management.
Manage projects of voice/data networks including: new service orders, installation coordination, equipment testing, troubleshooting, and trouble ticket/maintenance issues.
The candidate will also interact with carriers to gather information and manage their performance and service delivery.
The job will entail ensuring network services and processes are properly documented and executed.
Candidate must be able to quickly assess current environments and provide adaptive solutions, work in an extremely fluid atmosphere balancing multiple teams, projects, client requests in a 24x7 environment.
Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings as required and interact regularly with clients, carriers and management to constantly improve services.

Exceptional written and verbal skills including presentation skills
Time management multitasking skills
Ability to interface with management and executive level customers
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with little supervision
Excellent understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Telecom experience is a plus
Carrier technical knowledge of voice and data networks (POTS, DSL, T1, VPN, MPLS, VoIP etc.) is a plus
Knowledge of carrier operations and ability to identify inefficiencies in service implementation is a plus

Education:
College degree from accredited university. Technical certification in Computer Science or related telecommunications field is also acceptable.
