Top producing lender team seeking a full-time assistant to provide full support as well as spearhead marketing initiatives and oversee daily operations and projects. Candidate needs to be organized and detailed oriented, a team player, personable, reliable and accountable, task oriented, work well under pressure, quick learner, and be able to get along well with all types of people. We're looking for an easy going and productive person to be on our team and grow with us long term.
Responsibilities:
Take incoming calls and interface with clients and business partners
Manage and create marketing projects
Manage Database and Calendar
Assist loan officer and loan officer assistant with administrative support
Calling past clients, realtors and referral partners and setting appointments
Answering and screening all incoming calls and tracking leads
Follow daily systems and check lists, completing forms and coordinating client gifts, thank you notes etc.
Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (word, Excel etc)
Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of personal ownership, integrity and pride in their work
Ability to multi task and remain organized in a hectic environment
Needs to be confident with the above tasks without the involvement of the loan officer
