Opening for administrative assistant, bookkeeper at real estate, family and bankruptcy law firm based in downtown Long Beach
Tasks:
Telephone reception
Book appointments
Calendar appointments
Prepare basic legal documents
Interact with clients and communicate with attorney
Prepare and organize invoices including A/R and A/P
Must be fluent in MS Word, Outlook, MS Excel, Word Perfect, Quick-books Pro
Understand how to categorize, book and classify expenses and prepare invoices and pay A/P, credit cards, etc
Must have organization skills, strong communication and writing skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish, English would be a plus
