Job Description:
Quotes New and renewal AUTO/HOME sells incoming leads, walk-ins and existing clients for Sales and Service of Auto, Home and Commercial Insurance Policies.
Prospects for new business using marketing material provided by company and able to find new clients.
Assists existing clients with changes to policies, advising on proper coverage's, accepting customer payments and providing outstanding customer service.
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for employment:
Knowledge of FSC Rater
Current Property and Casualty Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License in California
Basic understanding of underwriting and binding requirements for a variety of carriers
A minimum of 6 months experience in a retail insurance environment and enjoys a fast paced workplace.
Bi-Lingual / English - Spanish

In addition to excellent written and verbal communication skills, possible candidates must be energetic, professional with outstanding people skills. Qualified agents must be also sale experience and willing to work some Saturdays. Immediate opening are available for candidates to join our team, and have an important impact on our business.
