TrueBridge Resources, Inc. is a professional staffing company headquartered in Atlanta, GA.  Our affiliate division specializes is recruiting and placing management consultant candidates with our largest customer, a leader in the management consulting industry.  We are seeking an engaging and energetic Client Relationship Manager for our North Hollywood California office who will be responsible for client management within our California, Texas and Colorado markets. In addition to client management this person will also be responsible for managing a group of virtual Recruiters.

The Client Relationship Manager will work with a team of skilled recruiters to source and fill job orders for affiliate consultants and contractors.  Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• 3-5 years of recruiting management experience
• Client service experience in the management consulting arena with a Big 4 Consulting firm would be ideal but not required
• Ability to wear all “hats” related to the recruiting full-life cycle
• Deep knowledge in sourcing strategy â€" She wants to omit this statement
• Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast-paced environment with a high level of responsiveness to clients is required
• Knowledge of staffing industry trends
• Experience managing a recruiting team and conducting performance evaluations
• Previous experience managing large clients and the ability to cater to client needs at various stages of sales cycle is highly desired
