About the job:
****************************** Office located: 9525 Stewart Gray Road * Downey * Ca * 90241*****************************************
* Candidates are required to be computer literate (Excel, Word, internet) and be able to type well. Excellent phone and email etiquette a must.
* Position involves review of property preservation work completed by contractors and includes communicating with contractors when needed to ensure work was completed correctly.
* Training is comprised of both written material and hands-on training.
* Candidate must be self-motivated, positive and team oriented.
*The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and be able to compute basic math calculations.
* Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive materials.
* Employees start part time for training during the introductory period. Full time positions are dependent on productivity. Please visit our website for additional information.
* Must be able to work: Mon-Fri: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm and Sat: 8:00am - 12:00 noon

Fluent in Spanish is a PLUS.
