EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Minimum 4 years executive assistant experience and experience with personal assisting and childcare
Busy professional c-level executive working mother is seeking someone who enjoys and will thrive in the opportunity to make personal and professional life easier!
Needs:
-Excellent written/verbal communication, research, and analytical skills
-strong attention to detail
-handle confidential information with discretion
-Maintain calendar, make appointments, and arrange complex travel schedules and itineraries
-Manage company's vendor support -- ie computers, photocopiers, printers, telephone
-Run errands - business and personal - as needed
-Competency in software applications and programs; experience with Excel, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint required
-Interest in and passion for young children; may be asked to pick up owner's children from school, take to activities, etc. Must see this as a "perk" of the job to spend some time with young kids
- "can do" attitude; easy-going; grace under pressure
Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
