Responsibilities:
Primary Interface with Aerospace customer's programs and system requirements (GRAMS, AS9100, ISO9000, etc.)
Manage assigned programs by monitoring, measuring, and analyzing data and producing supporting metrics.
Lean manufacturing background preferred.
Your Duties will include:
Communication between customers and management on program status--including risk, needs, audit findings, and corrective actions.
Schedule and conduct regular meetings with top management.
Maintain records of all documents for program audit results, findings, and any corrective actions required and produce trend supportable metrics.
Train personnel on program specific system requirements, updates, or changes, as needed.
Work with Managers and Supervisors to help develop Lean approaches and strategies throughout the company.
Assist in audits as needed for system requirements.
Familiarity with current Aerospace Quality System requirements a plus.
Computer literacy an absolute must.
