FASHION DESIGNER
Missy company is looking for a designer who knows and designed for the missy market.

Responsibilities include:
-Contacting fabric and trim companies for new samples
-Designing new styles every week
-Research trends, develop present samples to VP of Sales on a weekly basis
-Fill out cost sheets
-Keep all vendor info in order
-Communicate with showroom and follow up in new sample requests
-Prepare all pre-production information
- Answer production questions for production manager about product
- Have a sense of urgency and be a team player and be able to get the job done on time if extra work is required
This job requires the following qualifications:
1. Take ownership of job
2. Must have good work ethics and be willing to get the job done
3. Must have a minimum of 7 years designing
4. Must have a good base of pattern making and be able to do pattern work
5. Must have a good source of fabric and trim vendors whom to work with
6. Must be a good team player
7. Must have good communication skills to be able to communicate to sample makers and
8. Have experience designing for major companies (Name the companies you designed for)
