Must have experience managing in food environment for at least 3 years
Full understanding of of production standards and procedures
Quality orientation and attentive to detail
Good manual dexterity
Strong Managerial abilities
Solid decision making skills
Cooperative and willing to assist others
Able to perform extensive computer functions
Strong mechanical ability
Spanish speaking a plus
Needs a general understanding of filling equipment and industry standards
