Santa Monica art gallery at Bergamot Station is seeking a motivated, hard-working and reliable intern for Thursdays and/or Friday.
This internship will afford you hands on experience in all aspects of working in a fine art gallery.
Tasks include general office work (filing, organizing, phone calls), packing and shipping artwork and store inventory, installation, sales, helping out with opening receptions/special events as well as working with artists and artists collateral.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word and website management software on Mac platform preferred
Experience with digital photography and graphic design a major plus
We are looking for a 4-6 month commitment
Hours will be 10:00AM-- 6:00PM on Thursday and/or Friday.
