BOOK KEEPER / OFFICE MANAGER - marketing agency
FIVE33 is a leading marketing agency, specializing in film and fashion. We are looking for a full time Book Keeper / Office Manager to be based in Venice Beach studio. Due to visa restrictions, this position is employed, not W9 / contract.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a hard working, dynamic team. It will not suit someone who has a rigid view of what their job should / should not be. Being slightly mad is not a problem.
Reporting to the COO, you will have two main areas of responsibility:
1 - Book Keeper:
// Process supplier invoices into QB
// Generate draft invoices
// Monthly bank rec
// Create and process monthly employee expense claims
// Record staff holidays and sick leave
// Oversee company timesheet system, checking that staff have entered their info
// Manage and complete California Sales Tax filings and payments
2 - Office Manager:
// Order stationary, food, lots of Diet Coke, beer for FIVE33 Fridays
// Open all post and distribute it appropriately
// Keep the office tidy and functional at all times
// Manage the house keeper who visits daily
// Ensure contracts are signed by all staff, and keep immaculate records
// Arrange couriers to clients and our London office when needed
Skills: Must be expert in QB
Hours: Full time, starting 8am five days a week
Vacation: 2 weeks plus 6 Fed holidays per year.
Start: 11 June
