We are a fast growing distributor of hardwood flooring in Down Town Los Angeles, seeking an experienced and motivated full charge bookkeeper to handle all of the day to day banking and financial activities, accounts payable and payroll of our company. The right candidate must have the following qualities:
Fluent in English.
Have a degree in accounting.
Familiar with Bank reconciliation, merchant credit card reconciliation and other banking activities.
Familiar with handling Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Knowledge and understanding of payroll and workers comp.
Knowledge of various computer software, like Excel, MSWord, etc.
Must have used computerized accounting systems like QuickBooks, or others.
