Job Description:
Candidate will report directly to President and Vice-President and provide overall support and work closely with all departments throughout the organization on a Local, National, and International Level.
Proactive management of financial performance of entire company.
Ensure that proper Financial/Cash control systems are in place and maintained.
Diligent company-wide expense management and budget control.
Develop clear and precise financial budgets for each department.
Manage short and long term financial forecasting and identify growth potential.
Analyze financial and operational budgets and risk assessments.
Develop and implement procedures necessary for its department.
Prepare/review all documentation required to meet regulatory and reporting deadlines.
Oversee aspects of insurance and risk management.
Ensure the integrity of all financials; and maintain sound internal control.
Will advice on investment opportunities, acquisitions, or merger possibilities.
Develop, implement, and monitor management information systems that provide timely, accurate, and useful data for the measurement and improvement of performance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
BA and MBA degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related fields.
JD or CPA degree also helpful.
8+ year's recent experience in Management as CFO or COO.
Must have experience with operations in Food Manufacturing and Distribution.
Must have a "hands on" approach to managing and operating.
Must have some experience dealing with International business, foreign exchange policies and dealing with International Partnerships and service contracts.
Knowledge of the different components of the operation; Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Inventory, Sales, Human Resource, Operations Planning,
sourcing and Procurements.
Must have excellent communication skills (verbal written)
Must have excellent advance computer skills (Excel and Word).
Must have strong negotiation skills.
Stable work history
Food Service Broadline Distribution background.
Computer Savvy and experience with upgrading financial and company systems.
