JOB SUMMARY
As a Staffing Manager with AJILON -- ACCOUNTING PRINCIPALS, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to proactively developing new business through a variety of avenues, including direct and indirect recruiting, professional networking, cold-calling, telemarketing, making presentations, and getting involved in community associations. Building AND maintaining relationships are the core of your success as a Staffing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years relevant Sales, and/or Recruiting experience with a proven track record is a must. Candidates must be extremely sales driven, highly competitive within a structured team environment, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to set priorities, schedule your day (make cold calls, formal presentations). All prospective candidates must have a Bachelors Degree or better.
