We are currently looking for a friendly, professional administrative assistant/customer service to help our growing local business. This position is part time for which a professional front desk appearance and exemplary customer service skills are mandatory. Some experience is preferred. Pay is $8 an hour. Part time position for Monday-Friday, hours vary from 9:00am-5:00 pm.
The duties include but are not limited to:
*Proficient ability to handle a multi-line phone system with a high volume of calls.
*Dispatching drivers and logging invoices
*Creating new files, and phone orders.
*Filling
*Data entry
*etc....
We are very interested in someone who is professional, dependable, a problem-solver, able to multi task and has excellent time management skills.
