Business Performance Consultant
We are looking for money-motivated professionals to join our Los Angeles Regional Sales team (Four Districts) to leverage our growth in the market. We are looking for individuals who can identify value-added opportunities and offer solutions for complex financial needs. Candidates for this position will be responsible for the consultative selling of our services to the small to medium-sized business market. We provide the vehicle for the Business Performance Consultants to persevere and become the best in the industry...and compensate accordingly.

Essential Functions:
Call on business owners to explain how you can take their company to the next level
Complete required sales paperwork in a timely manner and finalize new client contracts
Travel throughout the market area - Four Districts within the Greater Los Angeles area
Accomplish sales goals determined by management

Requirements:
B2B Sales experience highly preferred
Only highly motivated candidates will be considered
Learn and adapt quickly
Ability to meet sales quotas
