Ideal candidate will have prior commercial real estate and office administration experience. Must possess strong work ethic and be a team player. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel. If you do not have prior experience in this field DO NOT REPLY TO THIS AD.
Responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to brokers, creating and mailing marketing packages, lease proposals, letters, sublease flyers and mailing labels. Running market surveys and researching properties on Costar and Loopnet. Answering phones, using paging system, retrieving/relaying calls and voice mails. Signing for delivered packages, stamping outgoing mail and preparing overnight deliveries.
