We are a fast paced, deadline driven, medical office seeking Administrative and Customer Service personnel to support our doctors.
Job Requirements:
- PUNCTUAL (No exceptions)
- RELIABLE (No exceptions)
- Deadline oriented
- Extremely organized
- Multi-tasker
- Excellent customer service/phone skills
- Proficient English and Writing skills
- Must be computer savvy as everything is done via computer
Responsibilities consist of but are not limited to:
- Handling heavy incoming and outgoing calls
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Completion of various duties in the office
This position is long term so no job hoppers please.
