JetSuite is looking for the best in customer service. We are seeking positive, professional, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals to help us ensure complete customer satisfaction while assisting in generating sales. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for forging long-lasting and rewarding relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
Directly manage the Guest Services Department
Maintain excellent knowledge of product pricing, terms and policies
Enhance current reservation procedures for optimal efficiency and service
Develop and publish all reporting for the Guest Services Department
Identify and implement new processes that help achieve department goals
Build and manage Guest Services Training team
Work with sales reps to handle inbound sales inquiries flight requests
Research, qualify, and transfer inbound leads
Ensure all generated leads are accurately entered into company database
Generate quotes and proposals
Process new reservations
Process changes to existing reservations
Manage payment processing
Coordinate and arrange additional services (i.e. ground transportation, special requests)
Perform daily confirmation emails phone calls
Manage company social media interfaces such as Facebook Twitter (SuiteDeals SuiteShare)
Communicate company partnerships promotions (Singapore, ARIA, etc.)
Obtain and verify product availability
Assist with coverage of broker board and channel
Update and organize sales collateral
Ideal Candidates:
4-Year College Degree
Previous sales and/or customer service experience, or call center experience, required
Experience with a luxury brand preferred
Knowledge or familiarity with aviation or travel (industry experience preferred but not required)
Impeccable verbal written communication skills
Desire to create a positive and rewarding work culture
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Program Suite, Google Business Solutions, and Salesforce.com
