Facility includes inside and outside food beverage outlets, meeting rooms, state of the art sports, fitness and spa programs facilities and beach front recreational area.
Currently recruiting for a FULL TIME OFFICE SUPERVISOR.
Job summary:
Informational liason to membership and guests regarding general club information and provides technical assistance on policies and procedures for members, guests and employees. Responsible for daily operation of main office including supervision and overseeing the daily operations of parking, event security and youth recreation.
Essential Functions include:
Assist members with questions and concerns.
Collects facts, assesses situations and relays to appropriate department head for action.
Formulates weekly work schedules for office and youth recreation staff.
Supervises reservations process for all special events.
Oversees itinerary for all special events including seating arrangements, reservations and floor plans.
Training, directing and supervision of office and youth recreation staff.
Qualifications:
College degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collect facts thorough, make assessment and provide excellent judgement in problem resolution.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and maintain composure in fast paced environment.
Previous experience in like position in hospitality environment.
