The Photo Operations Manager and Supervisors will be in charge of running guest photos at the world famous Chinese Theatre. The manager and supervisors will hire and train sales photographers. Sales photographers rotate between three roles that include photographer, photo preparation, and sales. The manager/supervisors will be required to be very "hands on" and perform all of the duties that the Sales Photographers perform. The Photo Operations Manager must have a positive attitude and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Manager Primary Responsibilities:
Hire and motivate a sales photographer staff.
Train and educate employees.
Understand and file daily reports.
Maintain host company relations.
Uphold high per caps.
Perform all of the duties that the Sales Photographers perform.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Possess a positive attitude at all times.
Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
Understanding of computers, printers, and cameras.
Management and business experience.
Self-starter with people skills.
Be motivated.
Valid driver's license.
18+ years old.
