Leading Asset Management Firm is actively seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This position calls for an amicable individual to act as the face and voice of a high-powered corporate team. You will play an important role in managing this firm's internal activity as you organize information, update databases and contribute to administrative projects as needed. Ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, computer-savvy and personable.
Responsibilities:
Act as first point of contact by greeting all visitors, vendors and clients.
Oversee communal office spaces.
Organize internal documents, reports and written materials.
Coordinate multiple calendars and schedules.
Direct incoming calls and correspondence.
Manage databases and distribute marketing materials.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
1 + years of administrative or reception experience in a corporate environment.
Possesses a sophisticated and professional demeanor and demonstrates the flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in schedule.
Exercises good judgment in regards to confidential information.
Strong computer skills and an advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
