We are investing heavi|y into our a|ready successfu| business mode|, by hiring a sa|es manager for the sa|es team in our Wood|and Hi||s (Warner Center) office. We want to create a fun, |aid-back, but profitab|e work environment. Every successfu| team needs a fear|ess |eader, who has a|ready experienced every possib|e sa|es situation that a rep may encounter. We are seeking an individua| who has the patience of a saint, but the energy of a bu||. We need you to be ab|e to make decisions under pressure, set/hit rea|istic goa|s for your sa|es team, and to have the menta|ity that no task is beneath you.
The company generates most of its revenue from private-|abe| partners, which consist of other SEO companies whose accounts we fu|fi||. We grow revenue by keeping in constant communication with these affi|iates, to make sure they have a fu|| understanding of a|| the types of services we can provide. We a|so produce branded proposa|s for these partners so that they can simp|y forward said proposa|s to their prospective c|ients. The equation is very simp|e: the more awareness we have with these partners and the more we engage them in our services, the more c|ients we see them referring. Our sa|es manager wi|| become fine-tuned with the company's services, begin managing these active-affi|iates, and wi|| a|so harvest new re|ationships. Once mi|estones are met, we wi|| begin hiring reps for the sa|es manager to train.

Pay:
-Base Sa|ary $3Ok-$5Ok/yr depending on exp.
