Great, growing company in Hollywood has an immediate need (and we mean immediate-starting as soon as next week!) for a reliable and friendly Spanish-speaking individual to process paperwork and help our customers over the phone. We have recently taken on a lot of high-profile clients and we are expanding our call center. You will find out information by speaking directly with the employees of our clients and entering it into our online system. This position does not involve selling at any time and all of your calls will be inbound. An average of 85% of calls will be in English and 15% will be in Spanish. We are looking for someone to work flexible hours between 8AM-7PM Wednesday-Sunday. This position can be full time or part time. When not taking calls you will be doing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and processing paperwork.
Required:
- Must be Reliable and Able to Work Independently!
- 2 Years Office or Customer Facing Experience
- An Award-Winning Personality and Great Attitude!
- Ability to Solve Problems
- Excellent Typing Computer Skills
- College Degree with good academic record
