Top Tier Finance Firm is looking for a Presentation Coordinator to join its team.
Duties of the role will include:
Creating PowerPoint slides, using official company templates
Creating graphics for presentations including logos
Editing slide decks and converting and formatting PDF documents
Binding presentations into books
Assisting employees with questions regarding PowerPoint and Excel
To a lesser extent, this role will also provide administrative support to executives including coordinating travel, answering phones and creating expense reports.
All applicants must be skilled in the following programs:
Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
Mekko Graphics is preferred but not required
All candidates must have experience working within financial services or management consulting.
