Duties include but are not limited to general administrative support including product photography, basic web site maintenance, digital recording, mixing and posting of sound files on our website. Additional responsibilities include answering phones, order taking, running errands, occasional shipping, occasional loading of bins weighing 50-55 lbs., and pet care. Must be proficient at both PC and MAC applications. Knowledge of audio software such as Pro Tools preferred. Must have a good musical ear. QuickBooks experience a plus but will train. Must be able to take direction and execute quickly, be organized, detail-oriented, be able to multitask and have good interpersonal skills. Must have a car and a valid CA license. Must be able to do some heavy lifting when required. Must like animals (we have 3 mellow cats and 1 sweet English yellow lab). This is a casual environment but can be high pressure at times. Immediate start, will train.
